Vivint Releases Additional Secondary Control Panel

Customers of the Vivint home automation solution can now install more secondary panel (up to four).  Vivint said they have release the panels so that customer can have increased access to their system’s functions through these secondary panels. The touch-screen panels can be placed strategically throughout the home, giving customers additional points of access.

Powered by the Go!Control software customers can control their lighting, thermostat, arm/disarm security systems and receive alerts and video surveillance. According to Jim Nye, vice president of product management although Go!Control is available in App form for mobile devices, some customers request a need for more than the one central panel, because it wasn’t always convenient.

Vivint’s home automation packages give users customizable control of the company’s many smart home features, from premier security including video to heating and cooling capabilities and remote appliance management.
