D-Link announced at CES that they have developed a new HomePlug v2 Powerline adapter kit (model DHP-701AV) for home networking needs.  The Powerline adapter kit is an ideal solution for those with demanding home networking needs and haven't got an ethernet network already installed. The judges look products across 28 consumer electronics product categories; they have also added extra categories this year: 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing and Wearable Technologies. The "Best of Innovations Design and Engineering Award" honors products and solutions that demonstrate outstanding design and engineering advancements.
